Refund policy

At Abarak Ltd, every piece of jewellery, handbag, and accessory is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. To uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards, all items are final sale and non-refundable once opened.

1. Strictly Non-Refundable Items

Due to strict health and safety regulations, all items including jewellery, accessories, and handbags are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once the package or item seal has been opened or broken.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size choices (please review product details before buying).
  • Items that have been unsealed, opened, or worn.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Broken Goods

We understand that transit issues can rarely happen. We will ONLY accept a return or issue a replacement for a damaged/broken item if you provide continuous video proof of unboxing.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirements:

To qualify for a return on a broken item, you MUST record a video that clearly shows:

  1. The sealed outer parcel/box before it is opened (showing the intact shipping label and seal).
  2. The unsealing process from the very beginning in one single, continuous, unedited shot.
  3. The unpacking of the item directly out of the box/pouch to clearly display the broken/damaged state.

Important Notice:

  • No video = No return/refund.
  • If the video starts after the parcel is already opened, cut, or tampered with, we cannot accept the return under any circumstances due to health and safety regulations.

3. How to Report a Broken Item

If your item arrives broken and you have the required video evidence:

  1. DM us on our official instagram page Abarak.london within 24-48 hours of package delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number and attach the full, unedited unboxing video.
  3. Once our team verifies the video, we will provide instructions on how to return the broken item and receive your replacement or store credit.
